We’re thrilled that you’re considering joining our team! Applying for a job can be quite daunting, which is why we wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves and give you a glimpse of what to expect.
We take pride in fostering an approachable atmosphere that encourages collaboration and provides ample opportunities for growth. Our core values revolve around open communication, mutual respect, and support for one another. We believe in continuous learning and expanding our knowledge, which is why we host lunch and learns (sometimes providing lunch) and cover the cost of courses. We want to ensure you stay excited and motivated to continue doing what you love.
But it’s not all work and no play here. We have a vibrant social culture that goes beyond the confines of the office. Some of our team enjoy engaging in various activities together, such as team socials, local outings, and friendly competitions. In the past, we’ve had a blast playing beach volleyball, Zorb football, ice skating, challenging each other in pool and tennis matches, hosting board game nights, attending a 1920’s themed Christmas dinner, and even organizing team-building trips to Barcelona to visit our Barcelona-based colleagues. We understand that social engagements may not be everyone’s cup of tea, and we fully respect your choice to opt out without any judgment. The truth is, while we work hard, we also know how to have a lot of fun along the way, whatever your idea of fun may be.
